A professional with a contemporary and classic experience and knowledge of upmarket dining and venues, who has preferable spent time in some of the top venues in SA. Strong wine and Food knowledge will be preferred especially ingredients knowledge, pairing, wine list management, the ideal candidate will have to be comfortable in all areas of F&B. The candidate will work in the  Fine dining restaurant which includes a la carte restaurant, functions, high teas, team buildings and also small conferences, as well as deliver service lectures to a high standard.
