Stephen is also a co-founder of Pple Hospitality (formerly H.S.C ) who are the leading full-service staffing provider for the hospitality industry in South Africa. With branches in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.
We are committed to upholding high ethical standards within our business and prescribe to the code of ethics as set out by APSO (Federation of African Professional Staffing Organisations) of which Stephen is a past vice-president.
