Sous Chef – My client is looking for a Sous Chef, fully qualified with at least 3 years experience as a Sous in 4 or 5 star hotel Hot kitchen. The successful applicant will be creative, energetic, a team player and able to accept positive and negative feedback. Production of meals for all F&B outlets, managing a team, stock control and assisting the Exec Sous Chef with any additional needs.
