The Swiss Hotel School South Africa has launched it’s 33 on Bond fine dining restaurant. 33 on Bond is an experience with 4 course Gourmet Menu. Open Thursday and Friday Evenings.

The restaurant is run by SHS’s First and Second year Culinary Arts and Management students under the guidance of Chef Chad Humby ( Head of Culinary Arts) and Kuno Tschumi (SHS Principal)

We plan on providing a classic fine dining experience with a 4 course menu with plenty of choice for all.

You are welcome to bring your own wine (NO CORKAGE) as the restaurant is not licensed as yet.

You will be greeted with a welcome drink and canapés before your orders for starter and main course are taken.

Drinks can be ordered from out SO-BAR zero alcohol options.

33 ON BOND promises an unhurried experience for guests. There is only one sitting and a maximum of 30 people per evening.
