The strength of our service is our experience in the industry. Stephen Hickmore started his career with the Forte Group in the UK. Stephen Studied Hospitality Management in Claredon College in Nottingham, U.K. After six years with T.H.F, he joined the Southern Sun Group, moving from operational management into Human resources.

From 1989, Stephen has been a specialist in hospitality recruitment and headhunting . The Hickmore Recruitment team consists of two Consultants and a Researcher.
