After spending 16 weeks training hospitality teachers from township schools in South Africa, I came away with a completely different perspective. In fact, it became clear to me that Teachers are The Real Heroes.
This isn’t really a story about hospitality training, but more a reminder that in every society, teachers are, without doubt, the real heroes we should never take for granted.
